Harry Tasker is our pick number 9 for the top secret agents in movies.

A badass spy movie can always be made with James Cameron directing an action comedy with Arnold Schwarzenegger portraying a secret agent. In the movie, Harry Tasker (Arnold) is extremely boring, but he really could hardly be more the opposite. He has been faking to be boring for so long that it is just who he is.
